great location but bathroom needs attention

The location provided easy access to local eateries and shops. The pool area was very enjoyable for my children. they spent hours swimming and lounging. Staff were welcoming and attentive, making our stay pleasant overall. Additionally, the view of the pool from our room added a nice touch to our experience.

The deluxe double room in the west wing was spacious with two queen size beds. It had a fridge, TV with plenty of channels, and the housekeeping did a fantastic job. The pool area was nice, and the staff were really accommodating about outside food.

My stay had several issues that left me feeling disappointed. The Wi-Fi was almost non-existent in my room, which made it hard to stay connected during my trip. Additionally, I found the cleanliness of the bathroom lacking. it showed signs of neglect, with some mold present. It felt frustrating to request basic amenities like bath towels that should be readily available.

I loved how the hotel was just a few steps from Garlic 'n lemon bistro, where I enjoyed some delicious meals, and it’s also only 10 minutes to the beautiful Alona beach for sunset strolls.

The location was fantastic for our large family. We enjoyed lounging by the pool, and the dining area was perfect for dinner and drinks. For a family of seven, it provided lots of space to unwind and relax after a fun day out.

My kids wished for better internet access during our stay.

Felt truly spoilt, no complaints.

i had a relaxing stay at regents park resort. my previous visit to the area was nice, but this time it really exceeded my expectations! the location is perfect, just a short walk to alona beach and surrounded by great restaurants.

the bathroom door was kinda outdated, but the location was awesome, really close to restaurants and shops. the staff was super friendly, and the kids loved the pool area a lot.

Free Wi-Fi was handy, but the AC struggled to cool down the room properly.

Stayed in the Superior Family Room for 3 nights. The room was spacious, which was great for my family. The bathroom, though big, needs some cleaning and updates. there was a broken shower door and a bit of mold around. The air conditioning worked well, and the kids loved having a little veranda with chairs. For the price, it was decent overall, but a little TLC in the bathroom would make a big difference.
